Strongs winds for the first sub 10 degree swim
With West South Westerly winds of 41 miles per hours the arrival of the first sub 10 degree swim was a lively one.



Dodging Storm Ciarán
Despite the severe weather warnings by the time of the afternoon high tide I decided it was fine to swim.

Quite the start!
Since today was the first day of the new challenge I wanted to make a good start despite the conditions being sub optimal!
