November target reached

A wind change and a loss of sun made for a very different experience. The sea was quite lumpy and the temperature was 10.8 degrees, however today was my sixth swim of the challenge and completed the mandatory 3000m for this month. I’m not planning to stop swimming of course as I need to continue so that my acclimatisation doesn’t slip.

I should manage one more swim this week before it becomes too dark. All being well I’m planning five days in a row next week; Monday through to Friday in the mornings (see Planned Swims for details).
