Another perfect lunchtime

A ground frost this morning, combined with a general decrease in air temperature created a drop to 7.6 degrees. This was offset by the beautiful sunshine, which hung on until just after I finished swimming. Being a Saturday, it was also a day with lots of people enjoying the walk along the fantastic Brightlingsea promenade. I feel extremely grateful that I can cycle down to the sea, have a swim and help raise money for the excellent Winterfest. I have attending a number of great community events during the festival, all of which have had an uplifting impact on those attending.
