Now it feels like winter!

After a break from swimming due to having a delightfully restful holiday in Hemsby on the Norfolk coast, I really felt the change in temperature today for my first December swim.

My last swim on 17th November the sea temperature was still 10.3 degrees. Today it was 7.9 and I really felt it. I certainly looked and felt very differently when I took the photo below to when my very cold feet stumbled out of the water after 500m in quite a bumpy sea!
