Last swim of 2021 with Caroline

It was a great delight to be joined once again by my friend Caroline for my last swim of 2021. I have a few busy days coming up and then the tides change and with high tide occurring when it’s dark, surprisingly I have decided not to swim!

So this swim in a cheeky 6.4 degrees is the last one of 2021, taking my final December total to 4,000m which is 1000m more than is required for the Arctic Challenge. So I’m happy with that and I’m also happy to have experienced quite a low temperature for December which should help me prepare for the colder months of January and February.

All being well I will back in 2022!
