More Buddhist support
The rain was fairly persistent this morning, however my good friend Aksayapradipa still came down to support me. She also took a number of photos, which are below.
The east-north-easterly breeze was quite light and with a temperature of 7.7 degrees it was a great swim. There is something almost other-worldly about swimming in the rain. It was also enjoyable to see a large number of rowers out racing.
Today’s swim leaves only 500m to successfully complete the Arctic Polar Bear Challenge. It’s been a good campaign this winter, but it’s not over yet. Currently my last swim is scheduled for Good Friday, 29th March. It will be interesting to see how far I manage to swim in March and overall.
