Another beautiful day in ‘paradise’

A calm and still sea with mysterious rays of sunshine combined to create an almost perfect swim. The sea is currently still holding its temperature just above 10 degrees in this part of the world and I’m now starting to look forward to the drop into single figures, after which it really starts to feel more like winter. Another personal best time for my 500m route of 11 minutes and 24 seconds was also encouraging although it always helps not to have to battle any waves. Total distance this month is now 4,500m so a good start to this winter’s campaign.
