Month Four begins….

Once again I managed to get into the water on the 1st of the month. It’s great to get 50% of my mandatory swims for the month completed on the first day. The air temperature was the same as the water temperature today - both at 5 degrees. However the wind was only 7mph and the sun was bright but weak which made it a very pleasant swim.

I’m delighted to be on contact with members of Team Samaritans, who have been emailing me encouragement.
